Saltwater Studio Pilates is a boutique, contemporary studio focused on teaching Pilates the way it was meant to be practiced—with care, precision, and personal attention. We’re a dedicated Pilates studio, not a general gym environment, which means every class and private session is thoughtfully designed around the Pilates method itself.
Our instructors blend classical foundations with a mindful, modern approach to create movement that’s engaging, challenging, and accessible. Our studio was created to encourage calm, focus, and connection, with small group classes that allow for individualized attention and hands-on guidance.
Private sessions provide a more personalized experience, utilizing the full Pilates system—including the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and other specialized equipment—to help each client reach their goals at their own pace.

Studio Offerings
REFORMER Classes
FOUNDATIONS+Reformer class is an excellent choice for those new to Pilates. This class is the perfect entry into reformer classes. if you’re new to equipment-based Pilates workouts or if you're looking to perfect the Essential exercises in a safe and structured environment. this class combines modern techniques with Joseph Pilates' traditional principles . The pace of these classes allow participants to learn safe and effective techniques to carry forward into other group classes.
REFORMER-Our Signature Reformer class focuses on creative exercise combinations and building strength through a variety of different movements. we begin to remove some of the bases of support and challenge our strength and coordination at the same time. this class emphasizes creative flows and mindful planning to keep you engaged and moving with intention. This class will move at a Faster pace Than our Foundations+ reformer class, it may include kneeling or standing on the reformer, and may utilize the magic circle, arm weights, and bands. it is important and advised that you have basic understanding of the reformer.

JUMP + Reformer
This Athletic style REFORMER class is a full-body movement experience that will tone, strengthen, lengthen, and engage all the big and small core muscles of the body. A Jump-board attaches to the front of the Reformer, transforming it into a horizontal jumping apparatus. Using the jump-board in a Pilates class creates a choreographed and low impact cardiovascular routine. Get ready to push your limits, sweat it out, and have fun as you work your entire body to achieve your fitness goals.

saltwater + sculpt
Saltwater + SCULPT is a high-energy, bodyweight workout designed to strengthen, tone, and challenge your muscles. This class combines dynamic sculpting sequences with fluid transitions, keeping you engaged from start to finish. We incorporate bands, balls, and light weights, and our JumpSport Rebounders. We will work to enhance your core strength and flow through exercises focused on flexion and extension, targeting your entire body. Utilizing the rebounder not only helps to build stamina and elevate your mood, but it also drains the lymphatic system,

Tower
Our Tower class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the dynamic energy of the full apparatus. Using the Tower’s springs, bars, and push-through system, you’ll explore controlled, flowing movement patterns that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Expect creative flows that maintain the core principles of Pilates—control, alignment, and breath—while improving core connection and overall stability. This class moves at a moderate to faster pace
CHAIR
Our Chair class offers a powerful, full-body workout using one of Pilates’ most challenging and versatile pieces of equipment. You’ll move through balanced sequences that build strength, stability, and coordination while enhancing body awareness and control. Expect creative variations that stay true to classical Pilates principles—focusing on alignment, precision, and Control. This class moves at a moderate to faster pace and may incorporate props. Best suited for those with prior Pilates experience who want to challenge their strength and control in new ways.

Apprentice Private Sessions
An Apprentice Private Pilates session offers a one-on-one experience with an instructor actively completing comprehensive teacher training. Through this 750-hour program, the apprentice gains hands-on teaching experience while preparing for certification through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) — the only third-party accredited Pilates credential in the industry. These sessions offer individualized attention at a reduced rate and are a wonderful way to support an emerging instructor while deepening your own Pilates practice.
Private Sessions
Our private sessions are the most personalized way to experience Pilates. With dedicated one-on-one attention, you’ll work across the full range of apparatus—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, and traditional mat work—for a complete and elevated practice. Each session is tailored to your individual goals, whether you’re seeking deeper body awareness, improved mobility, recovery support, or performance enhancement. For athletes, private sessions offers a powerful way to build strength, stability, and precision—helping you move with greater control in every aspect of life.
